I'd leave distributing key stores for a separate ticket. It should cover
Yarn, Mesos and standalone installation. It seems to be trivial for Yarn
according to what we said. I don't know yet how it would work for Mesos and I
do know that it wouldn't work for standalone because the files are fetched too
late (by SparkContext). So the implementation of a versatile solution wouldn't
be trivial.
