*Edit Oderbolz in CCA Toruń*

Edit Oderbolz is fascinated with the sixties and seventies. Her ceaseless admiration for form and concept conveys a type of nostalgia for a better life, for the ideology and for faith in those years' progress. Extraordinarily simple and clear in form, her installations of a carpets, linen, towels and scraps of fabric ferreted out at a nearby bazaar are astonishing for their form and elegance that clearly harks back to the seventies. Joke, poetry and nostalgia-filled reprise of the past add up to an exhibition entitled Do not Look Back in Anger, which was first on view a year ago at the Art Museum in Langenthal. The exhibition will travel to Poland unchanged with the new title Dancing of the roof of my house, and will be put on show at the Contemporary Art Centre in Toruń 27 th of February. Exhibbition will be open from 29 th of February till 11 th of March 2009. More info: www.kunsthauslangenthal.ch, www.csw.torun.pl.
