[rfc-i] References for ASN1 modules?

Is there a standard form for RFCs for a reference to an ASN.1 module 
being used somewhere in the document?

In most of the LAMPS documents (and historically), the reference to 
where objects are imported from is only in the ASN.1 module defined in 
that document. E.g. rarely with a pointer to where the imported-from 
module was defined.
