 - Grab the kernel srpm and look at the actual driver source file and
   see if there is a changelog in the header or something
 - http://www.emulex.com/support/linux/linux_26_2.jsp seems to have the
   source there as well and there's a src rpm also ... maybe it
   contains a changelog.

It will be in the patches.
