$1 is Allocated File Descriptors
$2 is Free Allocated File Descriptors

On 2.6 kernels $2 == 0 because unallocated file descriptors immediately
become free, but on 2.4 you can have an allocated file descriptor which
is now free and hence doesn't count towards the open files total. If you
run that command on RHEL3, it would be wrong.

But as this is a RHEL5 list, you're right - I'm just righter ;o)
