Creating the raid device is still creating a raw device. You will need to put
a filesystem on the raid device.

Thank you all for your replies.

My problem is that after create array and reboot md disappears.

I have put a line in mdadm.conf and fstab.

Does anybody know why?

make the partition type 'fd' linux raid , not ext2

sfdisk -l:

/dev/sda1 * 0+ 12 13- 104391 fd Linux raid

autodetect

/dev/sda2 13 273 261 2096482+ fd Linux raid

autodetect
