anyone running Oracle with iSCSI ? Were getting 8MB/s max throughput with Oracle 10gR2. Dell and Red Hat have been helping us to try and get better I/O but nothing has worked. Implementing asynchronous I/O caused the server to hang, probably simply because the I/O is so shockingly bad. Anyone got any experience of Oracle and iSCSI ?
