What I do now /usr/bin/ssh-copy-id: ERROR: No identities found
I believe ssh-copy-id copies keys that are in active use, not just on disk. Assuming you already have an ssh keypair generated, run ssh-add and type in your passphrase, then run ssh-copy-id.
