SELinux context is displayed by -Z option.

Run "sestatus" to see in what mode your SELinux is.

Try to read your SELinux alert log (if your auditd is running):

sealert -a /var/log/audit/audit.log

You have non-standard home directories so there could be a problem.

You may try permisive mode for SELinux:

setenforce permissive
