Dear redhat customer service
This is not redhat customer service. This is a bunch of people, mostly unpaid, with an interest in RHEL 5 and in helping other users.
If you want to contact Redhat Customer service, I expect your university has some person or group of people who are your designated contact(s).
I don't know how RH does things, but I have worked for some computer companies, including Fujitsu, and we'd not talk to just anyone.
All that said, you have not given me enough information to help. Please read the documents referred to below on asking for help. You will need to follow that advice whoever you ask, unless you can show the person what it is that you are doing and what happens.
