Dimitri,
Unless you have RHN Satellite, I do not believe you can do this easily.
 I believe you would need to download the RHEL 5 Update 2 ISOs, extract
them into a common directory, set up a yum repo containing the RHEL 5.2
RPMs and then configure your server to use the new repo.
