I have seen errors similar to these with Broadcom cards, it seems they
say they are up then NFS tries to mount and the network is not yet up.
We just added a sleep to the network start up scripts and the issue was
fixed. I would see if that is the same thing you are running into.

Basically th network scripts lie and say they are up before they are
really finished.
