The panic is pretty clear:

The initrd isn't in a format that the kernel recognizes. If you're booting from a CD, you might have a bad burn, or maybe your ISO is corrupted. Check the MD5 sum of your ISO.

If you're booting via PXE, verify that you're pointing to the right initrd.img, in pxelinux.cfg, and make sure that the initrd.img is the one from the original ISOs under images/pxeboot.
