I would suggest a 'yum clean all'. Do the supposed missing depencies exist on the servers? i.e. '/sbin/ldconfig' is said to be missing, what does 'ls -l /sbin/ldconfig' show? I'd be very supprised if it is missing.
It could be that you RPM database files are hosed, what's in /var/lib/rpm/?
