"How do I set up yum to get updates for my RHEL5 system?"
  http://kbase.redhat.com/faq/docs/DOC-24462

The separate plugin "yum-rhn-plugin" provides access to RHN. It is
configured in this file (up2date being the legacy system):
  /etc/sysconfig/up2date

Likewise, if you're running a RHN Satellite Server / Spacewalk, the
plug-in is utilized. In that case, the XMLRPC target changes from
rhn.redhat.com (aka "hosted") to the internal server.

You already know Red Hat as the entity dedicated to 100%
no-IP-strings-attached, community software development.
But do you know where CIOs rate Red Hat versus other
software and services firms for their own, direct needs,
year after year? http://www.redhat.com/promo/vendor/
