RHN does not provide installation/update trees or repos.  You'd need to
have a local repo if you want to do what you're looking for.

Why wouldn't you just do yum -y update in %post?  That Just Works(TM).

Or you might do something like kickstart only @base, then after the
machine is registered to RHN using rhnreg_ks, do yum -y update and then
yum -y groupinstall for package groups and yum -y install for individual
packages.  Then you'd have a system which is totally up to date when
install completes.
