For all those looking for a newer BIND with support for DNSSEC with the
hmac-sha256 algorithm, please make note of the RFE in BZ570611 and,
correspondingly, BZ578187:
  https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=570611
  https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=578187

As discussed prior, per BZ504052/BZ504794, any newer BIND release,
such as 9.6+ with newer HMAC support, would need to be a Tech Preview
/ concurrent release, because the configuration file would break existing
BIND 9.3 deployments.

If you have a TAM and/or open IT related to this, be sure to have at
least the first BZ assigned to any tickets related to this issue.
I.e., if you really want this, please help Red Hat gage customer
requirements and needs by making your support avenues aware of this
RFE BZ, and your related requirements and needs.
