Agreed.  Debian deployments turned me on to Exim for mailing lists
and other things, and I was glad to see it added as a MTA option to
Red Hat Enterprise Linux.  I've never gone back to Sendmail or
Postfix since.

I think we've all done that.  I know I have several times.

What is important is that customers leverage their channels to get
Tech Previews, concurrent releases, etc... in the product, while
the product is still open to feature enhancements.  This list is fine
for assistance, conversations, and even ranting (always a great, open
outlet, every product needs at least one).  But when it comes to
product modification, the list offers little.
