libvirt can not understand XEN 'rate=' options?

'rate=' can be used to limit domu's network bandwidth, but libvirt seems do
not understand it.

And there seems no simple method to limit the bandwidth of KVM guest, what a
sad fact.

For example:

]# cat xen-openvpn

name = "xen-openvpn"

vif = [ "mac=00:16:36:0a:a5:43,bridge=xenbr0,script=vif-bridge,rate=4MB/s" ]

.

]# virsh dumpxml xen-openvpn

<domain type='xen'>

  <name>xen-openvpn</name>

...

    <interface type='bridge'>

      <mac address='00:16:36:0a:a5:43'/>

      <source bridge='xenbr0'/>

      <script path='vif-bridge'/>

</interface>

...

</domain>
