While testing RHEL5.6 deployment, I noticed that anaconda started to ignore 'selinux --disabled' in my kickstart config. I didn't change anything else in the config from RHEL5.5 except nfs install source directory. I ended up with enforcing SElinux config after install.

Need whisk up yet another sed oneliner to %post.

This is similar activity with RHEL 4 .. see https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=435300 .. it includes the oneliner in question .. which in your case is:

sed -i -e 's/\(^SELINUX=\).*$/\1disabled/' /etc/selinux/config

HTH,
Barry
