Check /etc/sysctl.conf. You may need to add/change the kernel.shmmax and/or
kernel.shmall values.


Uhmm why?? With rhel5 isn't needed ... But, what values do I need to put?? 
Actually:

kernel.shmmax = 33554432
kernel.shmall = 2097152
