I have a system subscribed to the normal rhel6 workstation and optional
channels. I just installed the following packages via yum.
java-1.6.0-openjdk-plugin-1.6.0.0-1.21.b17.el6.x86_64
java-1.6.0-openjdk-1.6.0.0-1.21.b17.el6.x86_64
Now when I do a yum update I get package error. There is a newer version of the
java-1.6.0-openjdk but not the java-1.6.0-openjdk-plugin which requires the old
version. Is there anything I can do with this? Here is the yum output from
doing yum update.
Loaded plugins: refresh-packagekit, rhnplugin

You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest
