You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest

I couldn't find any reference to openmpi in the release notes, and there
is no openmpi-psm package


I had this happen on a system as well and I did:

yum clean all
yum install openmpi-psm libotf

and yum proceeded to install libotf and update openmpi.
