I think Udi's comments were directed more towards my advice. I think I was somewhat focused on a shopping cart workflow rather than a submit order message. Unfortunately I have a tendency to applying a thought process of what I'm currently working and glazing over the semantics of the question at hand, so I'm guessing you can tell what I have been working on lately. Anyways I agree Udi, order lines should be contained in an order message.
