Would just like to add, in case no-one can figure it out, that this is for Rhino Service Bus. I think I got a little carried away and didn't realise this is a group for more than that...
To reproduce my problem, I'm using https://github.com/BjRo/LearningRhinoServiceBus/tree/master/Source/E3_PubSub_using_MSMQ_as_transport and trying to modify the client so that I can start multiple instances of it and have the backend reply to the one that sent the message.
