Rhino Mocks 4 is stalled, lacking people to do the work. However this doesn't mean Rhino Mocks is dead by any means. As haifisch states, the product is stable and works well.
This doesn't mean that Rhino Mocks 4 isn't worth creating, however. The last discussions I saw around the release were quite compelling, including removing legacy syntaxes and styles of use, and removing the distinction between mocks and stubs. Generally simplifying the product and removing outdated functionality. It'd be something I'd be keen on being involved in, bandwidth permitting.
