Since last change in configure.ac (line 344 concerning libnotify) I'm not able to run autogen any more. I dont know if it's any local issues yet but if it is a real problem than the constraint on libnotify would be only less than 0.3.0 and not the range between 0.2.0 and 0.3.0.
