I am running FC4 and have the same problems as you... using either a compiled or NRPMS RPM of 0.9.3.1
Bizarrely if I run with the debug flag RBox starts normally... if not it locks up. Redirecting debug output to /dev/null makes it lock but to a normal file is fine.
