I got it!! I had the sources and when looked into the them realized that if
we don't give any option with rhythmbox-client it simply imports that file
uri. :-). So I first call rhythmbox-client without any arguments to import
it if needed. Then again call rhythmbox-client --enqueue to actually enqueue
my file.

However, the fact that no option imports the file needs to be documented in
the man page for rhythmbox. Shall I submit a patch for the same?

By the way, my nautilus plugin(right-click and add to Play Queue plugin) is
working now ;-). Do let me know if you need it and I shall mail it across.
