Hi everyone, The long-standing request <http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=318579>for Various Artists support in Rhythmbox will maybe find a way to emerge, as the Amarok folks made it <http://amarok.kde.org/en/releases/2.1> with the Amarok 2.1 release. Quoting from their blog :
Thanks to the sleepless nights of many Amarok developers, identifying albums > as compilations (aka "Various Artists") now works more reliably :) So maybe some of you developpers (I saw someone asking for bugs on the list, here's your chance :) can take advantage of the open-source world and study their code to get this packed into the next releases of Rhythmbox !
