I guess we haven't documented that anywhere.. probably because we've never really decided on a process. Anyway, some basic criteria for inclusion are: - acceptable license (compatible with GPL+exception) - acceptable code quality - won't get us sued, doesn't violate anyone's terms of service too badly - does something useful or interesting Please file a bug in GNOME bugzilla requesting inclusion of your plugin.
