Basically, if I use MyFaces 1.2.2 in a plan JSF application, the calendar
pop-up will not appear on a rerender of the <a4j:outputPanel>. If I switch to
the RI implementation from Sun it works fine. I can provide a sample if need
be, but it is pretty easy to reproduce.
