1. Go to the test application
2. Select calendar component and set options:
Popup Mode: true
Select Date Pattern: any pattern with date and time
Required: true
defaultTime: 7:30
3. Expand calendar control, select any date, click Clean button (and click
Apply button)
4. Click submit button
Result: validation error message appers
5. Verify date value
FAILURE: it's current date and 12:00 AM (time). Default time must appear in
that case!
