rich:datascroller - problem several requests for one event

We use a rich:datascroller component in our project.
We can manage to go through our pages without any problem. However, each time
we change page by clicking on next page or previous page, instead of having one
request, we have 2 requests. One for the last event and one for the new event.
Where does this problem come from ?
