static webpage for richfaces components

the richfaces developer guideobviously attempts to demonstrate, what richfaces
can do -- but on the expense of usability:

sections 2 to 6 are realized as collapsed trees -- one has to expand and find
the entry one looks for. and if one goes back from that page, the tree is
collapsed again. so one has to expand and search and click ... if you browse
the entries this is a major nuisance.
so, please, could there be a static table of contents -- instead or
additionally -- one could use?
