scrollableDataTable should support better headers

The rich:scrollableDataTable component does not currently support header facets
with column groups, break-before, or row/column span. This tag should support
all of the same header elements as a rich:dataTable. If you try to use such a
header with a rich:scrollableDataTable, it will break the layout entirely,
causing the headers to be rendered in the wrong style, and the scrollable
content to all be wedged into a single column.
This issue is currently documented (with sample code and screenshots of actual
behavior) on the RichFaces forums at
