realworld/register: Change avatar doesn't work

1. Open application.
2. Go to Register page.
3. Click on Change avatar field.
4. Try to add a photo. --> Photo isn't added. Avatar is empty. "may not be null
or empty" message is appeared near empty fields.
Expected result: Photo should be added. Information shouldn't be submit before
user click on Register button.
