realworld/Register: Wrong behaviour of info icon on Registration Info page

1. Open the application.
2. Go to Registration Info page.
3. Click on info icon. --> "How it works?" panel has appeared but it's empty.
Error messages have appeared hear required fields. See attachment.
Expected result: "How it works?" panel shouldn't be empty. Info icon shouldn't
work like Register button (submit the information).
