1. Login to the application.
2. Select any image from your album.
3. In Add comment window click on Unordered list icon. --> Cursor is moved to
the right but spot hasn't appeared.
4. Click on Ordered list icon. --> Cursor is moved to the right but number
hasn't appeared.
Expected result: Unordered list and Ordered list icons should work correctly in
all browsers.
