Deactivating the column menus lead to improved performance of the rerendering.
But still the reendering of the table with 30 rows and 10 columns is felt as
pretty slow.
My time measure has reduced from around 800ms to around 300ms. But this is only
the request not the rendering within IE 7, which seems to be slowest part.
