1. Add rich:panelMenu with rich:panelMenuItems and rich:panelMenuGroup on the
page.
2. Point the mouse over the item. --> It is not highlighted.
3. Click on the item. --> It is not selected.
4. Click on the group. --> It is not changed the state.
