z-index problem with rich:modalpanel and rich:dropdownmenu

When using a rich:dropdownmenu inside a rich:modalpanel, the menu is cut off at
the edge of the panel. If this is the intended default behavior, there should
be some way to adjust the z-index of the dropdownmenu so that it can hang over
the edge of the panel
