The documentation of different usage of rich:dataTable and
rich:extendedDataTable needs to cover the following bullet points:
1) what attributes are available for rich:dataTable but NOT for
rich:extendedDataTable. for example, "columnsWidth" is only available for
rich:dataTable but not for rich:extendedDataTable
2) what attributes of rich:column work for rich:dataTable but NOT for
rich:extendedDataTable. for example, breakbefore/colspan/rowspan only work for
rich:dataTable but NOT for rich:extendedDataTable.
