rich:messages appears under rich:modalPanel controls facet:

The rich:messages component from the image is configured with position:fixed.
With a h:outputText instead of h:graphicImage the result is the same. I have
also tried to set the z-index from the rich-mpnl-controls class to 1.
If I set the z-index of rich-mpnl-controls class to 0, the close button is
rendered under the title bar and it doesn't work:

I'm using the laguna theme.
