1. deploy iteration-demo
2. open http://localhost:8080/iteration-demo/extendedtable.jsf
result:
<f:ajax> contains an unknown id 'extendedDataTable' - cannot locate it in the
context of the component j_idt8
Similar result is when opening filtering and sorting page.
