For better page loading performance, JSF 2.0 supports rendering of JavaScript
libraries at the bottom of the page. In this case, all component JavaScript
initialization code has to be rendered after libraries. To do that, component
has to render its initialization as transient UIOutput component and add it to
the ViewRoot componentResources with 'body' target to be rendered at the bottom
of the page.
CDK template tag "<cdk:resource> should put enclosed content into
componentResource instead of rendering directly to ResponseWriter.
