2. open
http://localhost:8080/metamer/faces/components/richPopupPanel/simple.xhtml
3. click button "Call the popup"
4. try to resize popup (max 500x500, min 300x300)
result:
popup is not resizeable in IE7, works fine in Chrome and Firefox
