Fix For: 4.0.0.CR1
add new predefined icon value named "transparent". When used - should work the
same as "none" works currently.
Change behavior for "none". space for icon should not be reserverved at all in
that case.
defaults changes:
"none" should became default for accordion (and tab panel in future)
for collapsible panel defaults should be leftCollapsedIcon="chevronUp"
leftExpandedIcon="chevronDown" right icons - none
for panel menu - transparent should be used.
