queue: onbeforedomeupdate and ignoreDupResponce inconsistency

addUpdate() called before ignoreDupResponse check. It's problem of current
demo(count of DOM updates shown same as requests count). But I believe that
demo written as it should. I believe that beforedomupdate should be fired only
before real DOM update.
