RF 3.3.x: menu do not getting closed in Chrome

open the menu in chrome using right click and do not hover.
move mouse without further menu hovering. Menu will not get closed.
In FF it closed in most cases. Exception is case when you opening menu with
moving the mouse out in the same time.
